Forestville Man Sentenced On Child Pornography Charge

"BUFFALO, N.Y. - U.S. Attorney James P. Kennedy, Jr. announced today that Joseph Harvey, 56, of Forestville, NY, who was convicted of possession of child pornography, was sentenced to serve 96 months in prison and 25 years supervised release by U.S. District Judge Lawrence J. Vilardo."
