CLAS 1-99-

Q#3837 and many other Q post reference CLAS 1-99

Using duckduckgo, I searched for government information 1-99 and found an interesting document written by Michael Hayden (NSA chief under Bush during 9/11). The title of the document is 'The Insider Threat to US Government Information Systems. Page #1 shows the 1-99 in upper left corner.

The foreward gives summary of the 47 page document. (pictured here). Ironically, the foreward was foreshadowing exactly what HRC did to gain access to SAPs. It also foreshadows (IMO) how the government had access to Bill Clinton and Epstein/phones info perhaps.

Anons, please let me know your thoughts on this. Do you think it has anything to do with several of the Q postings that reference CLAS 1-99?
