Not quite. POTUS offered them a peace plan. It is up to both sides to accept as is, negotiate until they accept it or reject it. If they do reject it, POTUS made clear in no uncertain terms, the US is not going to participate any further, that another world power will have to take that place (Russia).

Talked about this last thread - they all get training in NLP. And you're right HRC is terrible at it. Obama was good at it but he does instantly grate on nerves, I shared that revulsion, partially because of the empty fakeness, and partly because of him.
Pete was a clown, so he's a little more crafty than the empty suit Hussein. But you're right, it's always insulting when a speaker is trying to manipulate you, the audience. I think a lot of people are having more and more difficulty listening to any of these people now. They more they speak, the more they turn people off, which is actually a great thing.
