Would entirely remake our immigration system: explicit purpose insuring criminals are able to move to USA and settle here PERMANENTLY WITH IMMUNITY

Bill targets felony convictions, serious crimes which would normally send you to prison for years. Serious crimes.

Under current US law, LEGAL immigrants can be deported if they commit "aggravated felony" or "crime of moral turpitude" –vile, depraved acts like child molestation.

Under NWFA, crimes of moral turpitude & aggravated felony crimes are ELIMINATED ENTIRELY as justification for deportation. Current law: immigrants who commit serious crimes (robbery, child sexual abuse) MUST BE deported. Crimes like racketeering (organized crime, e.g. gangs, mafia) require 1 year sentence min for deportation.

THERE WOULD NO LONGER BE ANY CRIME WHICH REQUIRES DEPORTATION upon conviction.

CRIME OF FALSIFYING A PASSPORT WOULD BE IMMUNE FROM DEPORTATION

Minimum sentence to require deportation: UP from 1 to 5 years. (Even rape or manslaughter often get less than 5 yr sentences.)

More: bill grants NEW powers to corrupt immigration judges, eg can NULLIFY ANY DEPORTATION ORDERS even with 5+ year sentences

Bill also allows legal and illegal entry even with felony criminal past history, no problem. Still eligible for citizenship.
