How is it that Twatter allows this stuff but has a problem with memes?

My son is a grown man now, but when he was a young kid, if he had access to this kind of stuff, I would have been concerned. Twitter has no morals, only harassment of conservatives, apparently. And this acct has been up since March of 2019.

I reported a couple of the tweets on this acct. so I don't know what will happen about that.
Guess they thought that they could always keep getting away with it and got sloppy.
