I've hated Eddie Munster (Paul Ryan) since he dissed Trump during the election when he was supposed to join Trump on the stage. He's also mentioned in the Podesta emails (as PR) as one of the people that would "remain quiet" for the rest of the election. He's a traitor. I'm glad to see him go.
That's a very easy question to answer if you have morals. You resign and then file a complaint with an oversight authority.
All cops, attornies and judges are corrupt. Every one of them. If you have family that is in law enforcement, they are corrupt too. They will all lie to make a case against you, sell you out for $$$ or railroad you because it makes them look good.
