In those heated moments, where you feel extremely snap-able, first, remove yourself from the environment; even if it's for a brisk walk around the block. A simple walk could provide wonders, like a new pal, (male or female), smells of food, children playing (reminds you of focus), and a reason to walk around with either a bluetooth speaker, to see people react to the music you play, or in headphones, so you can make mind-based music videos while you walk and talk to yourself. Now, this is not to be confused with drive. NEVER DRIVE WHEN ANGRY! Obviously, this is a really bad idea.
