Hey baker. Wish I could. The gy's my fave shift and I'd love to help, however irl calls at that time, gotta sleep.

On a baking note, to enlist some bakers, was thinking of doing a baking class. Don't laff. A live one over on /comms/ with slides and QnA, at a certain time each week for 30mins / an hour.
All of us bakers could be involved if they wanted to be, old, new and present. I asked a couple of weeks ago in a weekend bread and a few said they'd be in. What do you think?
Might get you some help for gravy.
And yeah, thought it might make it less daunting, doing it step by step and having support there to ask questions.
