Atoms and molecules of what appears to be solid physical matter are actually in constant flux, alternating between energy and matter. Matter emits a photon of energy or absorbs a photon of energy. Virtual particles arise from the Dirac Sea and become matter; and vice versa. Physics says this is continually occurring, although we are unaware.
Our thoughts are (or are correlated with) electrical impulses. Each electrical impulse has the potential to affect matter around it – actually to affect matter anywhere in the universe less the time it takes the wave front to expand outward in all directions.
Our thoughts DO influence reality. It has to be so. This is a consequence of physics. (BTW, God created physics; He created all of what we can see, as well as everything that we can't see.)
A quantum particle does not emerge from its quantum probability space until there is interaction with it. When we think or conceptualize something, the electrical signals of our thoughts WILL cause a quantum (probability function) to manifest as a particle of mass.
