This is weird. This is the Tie POTUS wore at the prayer breakfast and impeachment victory press conference. He did not wear this tie the day of SOTU speech. I'm pretty sure POTUS can afford more than a few ties. Why wear the same tie at SOTU walk through and victory speech?
