The plane that departed Falcon Field that crashed seems to match N501RG in terms of departure time and aircraft type. I'm still working to verify this. N501RG is a Citation 500.

Authorities have located the wreckage of a small plane that disappeared from radar Saturday morning and crashed in a remote area of Gordon County.

According to the Federal Aviation Administration, the Cessna Citation disappeared about 10:10 a.m.The plane was last seen about 50 miles north of Atlanta in the vicinity of Gordon and Cherokee counties, FAA spokeswoman Kathleen Bergen said. After hours of searching, the wrecked plane was discovered in a hilly area that is accessible only by foot, Gordon County Sheriff Chief Deputy Robert Paris told AJC.com.It’s unclear how many people were aboard the aircraft, but there don’t appear to be any survivors, authorities said, calling it a “recovery operation.” “The plane was discovered in one of the most remote areas of our jurisdiction,” Paris said, calling the crash site treacherous to get to. “We had to go in in four-wheel drive vehicles and ATVs and we had to walk a long way after that. It’s only accessible by foot.” The jet departed from Atlanta Regional Airport-Falcon Field in Peachtree City just before 10 a.m. before disappearing from radar, authorities said.It was snowing at the time, but it’s unclear if the weather was a factor in the crash.

“We do not know the number of people aboard or the destination yet,” Bergen said. “We will release the aircraft registration after authorities locate the aircraft and confirm the conditions and identities of the people aboard.”

Radarbox and Flightaware are leading me to believe that the crashed plane is N501RG. It was scheduled to fly to Nashville but based on the tracking it didn't arrive.

Are there any other Planefags about that can help me check this?
