Despite the left's propaganda, the different races are actually very different and it is absolutely possible to create race-specific bioweapons.
With all the miscegenation, there will be people with combination dna that may be more susceptible than others.
Why do you assume a race-specific bioweapon that targets Orientals was designed by China? does that even make sense? Or does it make more sense that someone else developed it, the Chinese scientist in the Canadian lab found it, sent a sample to Wuhan where staff there accidentally got infected and it spread outwards?

People of the Orient, especially China and Japan think very, very differently than we do. It took the Japanese 300 years to get the gardens around the emperor's palace the way they wanted them. Chinese are also very patient, so I will disagree with you on that count.
It is highly unlikely to the point of absurdity that the Chinese would create a bioweapon to target themselves. It makes much more sense that they got a sample and some accidentally got infected without knowing it. See also >>8077328
