About to go to bed & I thought I'd go howl at the full moon 1st. It was the coolest thing!
I couldn't see anything at 1st. And I was getting confused that the moon wasn't out. All I saw was a tiny few patches of white smoke.
As I was watching the white smoke, wondering where it was coming from, I realize it was a VERY small patch of sky that DIDN'T have cloud covering & for a split second, I saw the moon!
It was so weird. I've never seen clouds that thick before covering every inch of the sky to the point where a full moon doesn't glow even a little.
But I was happy the ONE spot in the whole visible sky to have a cloud clearing was the spot where the moon was!
Even though the moon was in the totally wrong spot it usually it at this time of night. Which made it cooler & weirder.

WOW! That's awesome! I'm in Upstate NY, and it looks like a normal full moon. Pretty far away. I stll love looking at it though! Males me feel all warm & fuzzy
