Looks generally similar to the NOx distribution, which is also associated with automobile engines.
We can't interpret this without comparing it to past data. Windy doesn't have tat.
>admitting
I think the word she is looking for is "speculating". An American lawyer who wrote a law doesn't know.
>We will end up in the same mess again
Full exposure of the last mess prevents this. People will know what to watch for.

>Aren't most anons in agreement it was designed as a bioweapon?
I can't speak for most anons. But I have found no reason to think that. The reasons presented all fall apart upon closer inspection. It could just as likely have been made in a lab as it could be the product of nature. However, a natural virus, that was collected for study, escaping a lab is quite plausible.
And it would be a very poor weapon. For a weapon you want something that is NOT contagious so you can hit a bunch of enemy troops with it and not worry about it spreading back to your own people. That is why anthrax is so ideal.
>You do know it's patented, correct?
That's one of the things that fell apart upon closer inspection.
