This was posted there seems like a good dig so I'll just drop if off here

In no real order: He claims to own / work for a business named Ensyma Engineering and that he is in some way associated with some branch of the government or military.

The website for that business, http:// www.ensyma.us, is extremely generic and no where does it directly state what the company does. The "About" page is full of logos and seals of government agencies, the CDC, CERN, ITER (nuclear fusion research reactor project). Their "Services" page has a single (strange) image and a link to an Adobe live meeting room.

There is also this picture: http:// nebula.wsimg.com/7700d5ea7d631c5aabc715f77ed24bd9?AccessKeyId=976EFA63B2F2E3385211&disposition=0&alloworigin=1

Appears to show a hard shell case with a wire sticking out and paper with "CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION" taped to it.

A whois lookup for that website returns some EPP error codes:

Domain Status: clientTransferProhibited

Domain Status: clientRenewProhibited

Domain Status: clientDeleteProhibited

Domain Status: clientUpdateProhibited

Also listed: Registrant Name: OPERATIONS ENSYMA

Creation Date: 2007-04-04T14:08:26Z (3 years before the business was supposedly established)

Registry Expiry Date: 2018-04-03T23:59:59Z

So the domain can't be transferred, renewed, deleted or updated and it expires next week.

There are two address listings for this business. One is in fact in Coppell, TX, however the Ensyma website lists 1101 Pennsylvania Ave NW, Washington, DC 20004" as the address. That's in the SEC building and it's also one block away from FBI HQ, and the Hoover Building. Also surrounding are the IRS offices, US DOJ, US Attorneys Office and EPA.

That second address listing is also found here https:// www.veteranownedbusiness.com/business/13777/ensyma-engineering which would seem to indicate he is in fact a veteran.

Also a google search turns up this page https:// www.darpa.mil/attachments/ProposersDayContactList.pdf

At first that seems like gibberish. There are characters missing either due to intentional deletion or formatting errors, but on the search listing it clearly lists: "Bradley, Francho. ENSYMA Engineering. 469-XXX-XXXX Frank.Bradley@ENSYMA.us"

That Proposers Day was for the "DARPA Subterranean Challenge which "Aims to Revolutionize Underground Capabilities".

Some of the items listed in the police summary are out of place even for someone with a cache of weapons. Satellite phones, 6 laptops, something like 13 USB flash drives, 6 laptops, 4 cell phones and half a dozen pieces of identification, oh and the flight suit.

And just to pile weird on top of weird, Francho Scott Bradley died at the age of 26 in 2003. He was the son of Catherine Wilkins, the ex-wife that supposedly died. According to her current husband, Catherine is in Morocco right now and can't be reached.
