I am currently digging on the locust plagues; I believe there is some possibility that they may be man-made. The argument is set forth here:

I have found out that in 2012, BASF bought-out the last supplier of the pesticide "Green Muscle." As you may well know, BASF has long been associated with bad deeds. After the former pesticide fell out of production, a new company replaced it with something called NOVACRID:

The producer of NOVACRID was founded in 2012; it's CEO is Sébastien Couasnet. I was able to find out that Mr. Couasnet was imprisoned for embezzling 500k euros from the Senegal treasury–but that is as far as I could get; most of the links are in French:

Is it not strange that a brand-new company, helmed by someone freshly out of jail, would suddenly find itself in a position to be the sole producer of such an important product? Why would BASF suddenly cease to produce it if it was the only effective solution at the time?

If any of you speak French and are looking for something to dig on, please look into Sébastien Couasnet–any connections to corrupt actors, companies he is associated with, funding via organizations associated with bad actors, associations with BASF, etc.. The sequence of events in his life leading to his meteoric rise seem suspicious to me to say the least, as is his association with Vivian Wade. Access to important people, coupled with sudden beneficial "coincidental" occurrences usually screams cabal activity.

Also of particular interest is any information on pesticides related to locusts, their respective ingredients, and any connection to pharmaceutical companies; if they were providing pesticides that could somehow boost serotonin levels in locusts, that might induce swarming behavior.
