MANY transgenders out and about: in front-line political/government positions, in woman's magazines, websites for woman's clothing, and many more public "positions." Look at hands, height sometimes, facial shapes including skull shapes and profile, adam's apple(as told here), belly button position higher than woman's, length of arms (longer than a woman's in proportion to body length).
