(f) a bill in the name of the Minister of Finance, entitled An Act to amend the Financial Administration Act (special warrant), be deemed to have been introduced and read a first time, deemed read a second time and referred to a committee of the whole on division, and deemed considered in committee of the whole, deemed reported without amendment, deemed concurred in at report stage on division, deemed read a third time and passed on division."

Meaning for one year starting March 31, 2020, if this bill passes later today, the Prime Minister of Canada will be able to pass any bill he wants without it being read into the Canadian House of Commons. During this one year, he could even pass a bill that says this power will continue indefinitely. And the Canadian Minister of Finance will be able to tax in any way and in whatever amount he deems fit.

In this movie, the villain is divorced. He suggested Alice go to his wife’s apartment which he had bought for her, and that his wife is not there. In Lynn’s bedroom is the keystone.
