The researchers were using 8 cell lines and noticed that in one, and asian male, the cells had more of the target receptors. That a sample size of ONE. And if this receptor really was more common in asians then the blood pressure meds that target it would work differently in that group.

The Chinese cannot contain this thing. Everyone in China, and most of the world, is going to get it (or a weaker, evolved version) eventually. Losing 1-2%, mostly old people, doesn't sound too bad. But in absolute terms, 10-20M dead Chinese is pretty fuckin devastating.

I went and looked up the maps on Windy.com and found that other cities, not effected by this virus, show the same high SO2 levels. They correlated with NOx levels. Compare with other cities in the area.
