Uh huh. He may have fooled Isaac but that is debatable however, he did NOT fool God. God chose Jacob to inherit, same thing with Ismael. The second son inherits. There is a reason for it. Learn what a type is.

Did some more digging on just how much of our companies the Chinese have bought. I suspected they are buying up our media companies and searched for that. This is what I found.

12 Chinese-Owned Media Companies, From Dick Clark Productions to AMC (Photos)

November 18, 2016

A firehose of Chinese investment has been flowing into Hollywood for the last few years, as Middle Kingdom firms have scooped up production companies and theater chains by the billion. And while D.C. has finally taken notice – and is asking the government to take a closer look at foreign ownership of American content companies – Chinese firms have already accumulated a substantial portfolio of media and entertainment-related companies often at healthy premiums. And Hollywood isn’t ready to look that gift horse in the mouth.

U.S. businesses, now owned by China

FEBRUARY 10, 2017

While politicians, courts and the media scrutinize every detail in the fight over immigration, another, less-discussed migration is underway: the migration of ownership of American businesses overseas – many to cash-rich China.

In recent years, the Chinese have regarded America as one big yard sale, snatching up distressed companies and anything else that gives the world’s second-largest economy a leg up on U.S. technology at bargain-basement prices. That giant shopping spree is financed by a currency that – unlike the dollar – is controlled by the government.

The latest Chinese purchase is little known, but important: life insurance company Genworth Financial. Shareholders will vote whether to sell Genworth to China Oceanwide on March 7. And by midyear, if shareholders and government authorities approve, this “family-owned” foreign firm will own the insurer.

So once again, a Chinese company could make a shrewd deal for $2.7 billion and a modest cash infusion and, in this case, own an American company with $104 billion-plus in assets.

The Biggest American Companies Now Owned by the Chinese

March 18, 2016

On Friday, Starwood Hotels agreed to be acquired by Anbang, a Chinese insurance company that is rapidly buying up U.S. hotels, for over $13 billion. Marriott, which had previously made a deal to buy Starwood, is reportedly considering a counter bid. But it’s unlikely that Marriott will be able win a bidding war with the Chinese insurer, which was originally bankrolled by state-owned enterprises and has a war chest of cash filled up by Chinese investors eager for returns.

If it goes through, the Starwood (HOT) deal would be the largest acquisition ever of a U.S. company by a Chinese firm. Recently, Chinese firms have been on a buying spree. This year, Chinese firms have spent $103 billion on acquisitions of foreign firms, not just in the U.S. That’s nearly as much in two and a half months as the $107 billion that Chinese firms spent on foreign purchases in all of last year, which itself was a record.

Here are the biggest U.S. firms to be swallowed, or are soon to be swallowed, by a Chinese company, according to Dealogic.
