'What Happened' of course, is the name of Hillary's book on why she believed she lost the 2016 presidential election.

Was POTUS directing our attention to the 2016 election and the 2020 Iowa primary?

WHAT REALLY HAPPENED - HOWIE CARR'S BOOK

Approx an hour after POTUS deleted the above, he re-tweeted Howie Carr, the author of the book "What Really Happened", the title a dig at Hillary's.

Was POTUS pointing us again to Iowa, and "What Really Happened" ?

Later that day on Feb 5, Q confirmed that George Soros was the largest single funder of Shadow, the app and company in the spotlight due to the Iowa debacle two days previously.
