Be sure to factor in a former a law firm named O'Connor & Hannon – now known as "Nossaman LLP" (merger).
A former US House member from Delatware – turned lobbyist – Thomas B. Evans Jr. ("Tom Evans") was a partner with O&H and represented Cyprus, as a registered Foreign Agent (under FARA).
Evans is Joe Biden's cousin, and did a lot of Joe's dirty work for him during the 80's and possibly 90's.
An O& H partner named Andrew Jaxa-Debicki represented Romania, helped with Cyprus (and did major Mexico representation). He left O&H sometime in the 90s.)
Also, some of the O&H /Nossaman lobbyists (including Tim Jenkins, who did some work for Evans) moved to Ballard Spahr last year.
