Automatic 20% year for mostly busywork is outrageous. IMO, POTUS is cleverly encouraging the 'we be's" to motivate themselves out into the civilian workforce on their own. It will be spun as him being oh-so-mean to fed.gov employees, but most of gov't is redundant make-work jobs anyway. If they don't like their pay and can get more in the private sector, well, no one is stopping them from doing that, right?
