These dividers have shown up all over Southern California right off of major freeways starting about a month and a half ago.
That along with all of the National Guard being deployed you got a wonder what is about to happen

The cement blockades, to me, is in preparation yo prevent rioting when Trump tells everybody what is going on That’s how I interpreted it. Considering, they’re near a major freeway. The National Guard may prevent people from getting on the freeway to go places By putting these blockades in place.
Q has warned us that rioting may take place in combination with the National Guard being deployed in mass, I think this may be plausible

They have nothing to do with the border wall. I’m nowhere near the border
There are approximately 100 on each off/on ramp, which sounds a little excessive to me but I cannot figure out what else they would be used for.
