They weren't live chicks. It was a sealed plastic pouch of dead chicks marked in Chinese Dog Food and Cat Food according to the post last night.
It's my inference that it's not real "dog food and cat food" but a way to bring disease into the USA. I could be wrong, but it makes no sense otherwise.

I don't necessarily buy everything in the video – but some of it adds to our information on the underground bases and underground military ops. For example, I didn't know our military uses body heat infrared and neutrinos for night vision in ultra-dark places underground. Didn't know drones flying over deep tunnel facilities can detect neutrinos after underground explosions, to sense where more entrances are located. Didn't know the mountain entrances to underground facilities are concealed by massive holograms. Didn't know a quarter of the sites that the video asserts are DUMBs. Didn't know elites had stored 150 years of provisions for a million people underground.
