My God.

The external appearance of sociopaths and psychopaths can look so normal.

Very disturbing story.

Spouseanon used to say her parents would caution her, when she was going out with friends, about "being sold into white slavery".

She said a while back that they were obviously correct.

Keith Walters, 44, was removed as dean of the College of Science and Mathematics at VSU, according to the Valdosta Daily Times. Another item from Georgia

An Atlanta Journal-Constitution analysis of state voters rolls shows the dreaded millennials trying to flex some muscle.

"…the number of registered voters in Georgia increased by 322,000 last year, a 3% hike that brings the total to nearly 7.2 million. It’s the shift in age that impresses:

The number of Georgia voters in the 18-34 age group has jumped 68% since October 2016, according to an Atlanta Journal-Constitution analysis of the state’s voter lists. That group now makes up 31% of the state’s total.

During the same period, the proportion of voters 65 and older has declined from 24% to 19%."

Indeed there are plenty of privately-owned aircraft and airports in Georgia

The Gordon County aircraft was owned by an LLC with a legal address in Marietta. Technically Kennesaw, at McCollum Int'l, which is fairly small but became qualified as "international" after opening up a US Customs office on site. UPS flies out of McCollum, also Georgia State Patrol has a helicopter there, and there is a Georgia Air National Guard center there as well.

A good airport to watch is Savannah, because Gulfstream's international HQ is there and does "test drives" out of Savannah.

All the uber-rich guys with houses on Sea Island Drive fly in and out of Brunswick-Golden Isles or McKinnon-St Simons.

Everybody here talks about Jekyll Island and its history from time to time, but Sea Island is a rabbit hole of its own. George and Barbara Bush spent their honeymoon at the Sea Island Resort, which is owned by the Anschutz family of Denver, who picked it up in the almost-bankruptcy fire sale after the recession 10-15 years ago. VERY private, very secluded, one road going in & out. Bush held the 2004 G-8 conference there.

All that said, in my opinion the old live oaks, draped with Spanish moss on their sweeping limbs, are the best treasure on that island. Absolutely spectacular wonders of nature.
