One of the actresses associated with NXIVM is Nicki Clyne who was on Battlestar Galactica. In the series, her character, Cally, is a deck hand. The real name of her boss (called "Chief") on the flight deck is Galen Tyrol, who Cally eventually marries.

Spelling of the name is different, but I just thought that was odd.
