That document says 2 counts. The disorderly conduct charge would be a class 4 felony which carries a fine and 1-3 years per charge. Just looked it up.

Actually that is a class 4 felony that carries 1-3 year sentence for each account (2 listed) and fines. 6 years is reasonable for that crime.
