true story: I live in NYC. years ago, a guy I knew told me that he was growing a small marijuana plant in a small pot in the window of his 4th floor apartment.
He said that a cop looked up and saw it. Then confiscated his marijuana plant.
Once marijuana is legalized in all states, shouldn't we be able to grow it ourselves?
