Where does the assumption come from that redpilling people is a legitimate aim? (Q encouraging memes, education the keystone to lasting liberty, teaching / natural inclination to guide)

What are the odds the person trying to redpill is a)capable b)doing more good than harm c)doing it for non-selfish reasons (each would choose for themselves - and a culture of understanding that less is more, and a culture of understanding that it takes more than just dropping TB's of MOAB's on unsuspecting closed minded people - see, 'learning to trust the crowd', written, finally, by a crusty old lieutenant/CEO/politician somewhere)

Anyone can post - and so the shadiest tactics of astroturfing, weaponized sock puppetry, and deceptive political gamesmanship can be found there. The more successful a political operation is, the more you will see these tactics. Lesson: A candidate is not his or her purported supporters.
