Puurpose of this Bill:

If a person posts a message that another person dislikes or disagrees with it may cause hurt feelings, anger, or intimidation. Safe Spaces do not provide Sanctuary from such assaults. To protect Freedom of Speech, this bill will ban Twitter messages about other people.
