I think it has to do with the deaths of the 4 men of Blackwater, Tom Powell who clearly sent them to their death, when he clearly did not follow their own procedures and WHY would he do that? did they witness something and was Powell asked to send them to their deaths? did HE get paid off by someone? its a very interesting mystery that has not really been solved.
