Because you asked - In my opinion, for a case where you are even wondering if you might be a victim of this, I encourage you to do the following as soon as possible, even if you must take days off from work to deal with it. (Sorry if this sounds extreme, but I have lived through it and barely survived):

a. Keep all phones in your house completely off (remove the batteries) except when you must use one. If your phones do not have removable batteries, get some that do and trash the others.

b. Disable WiFi on your modem/router and use only corded connections to it.

c. Stop drinking alcohol for now (taper off smartly if addicted)

d. Completely reinstall the operating system on your computer, and learn how to protect it and clean it daily (Spybot S&D, Spybot Anti-Beacon, Peerblock, Emisoft scanner, CCleaner, Dissenter browser instead of Chrome, VPN at all times, etc).

e. Disable Wifi on all TVs (even better, unplug them all)

f. Rid the house of any other interactive devices (Echo, Alexa, Nest, smart appliances, etc)

Long-term:

Study all the ways they can affect you: pharma drugs, phone, computer, wifi, proximity waves, 'random stranger' encounters, smart meters, etc.

Disconnect from as many as possible in a safe, rational, strategic manner, even if this means getting a new job and moving to a rural location.

Not easy to do for most, and there's a risk of going full paranoid. But it is possible, especially if your spouse or best friend understands, and knows 100% you aren't crazy and understands the threat is real, and is willing to help you through it..

Other anons would probably have more and better ideas.

And as always, PRAY. The battle is spiritual too.
