The only way this would have been able to happen was with approval from the POTUS at the time, the Obama administration.

Red October, the movie, is about a new russian submarine that has the ability to run silently, thus being undetected/stealth while submerged.

In effect, that's what the Henniges technology was, the ability to dampen engine noise.

It was literally a treasonous act.

The Obama admin SOLD a technology that was a critical piece of the US military stealth strategy.

It's treason.

Like hang you by your neck treason.

This is going to be used as an example of the previous admin and their bosses and their thugs enriching themselves while selling off the country to the highest bidder.

That highest bidder, almost always, was China.

China sees itself as the chosen people, the worlds administration. It's an incredibly potent bureaucracy that's goal is world domination.

Securing our relationships with containment partners.

Japan being the first country to come to an independent trade agreement with the US during the Trump admin.

Diffusing North Korea as a puppet of China.

Most importantly diffusing the "russia russia russia" bs which was the previous admin's attempt to inflame a war with Russia and US, to the benefit of China.

The big baddy in all of this is China.

They have been neutered with trade sanctions and tariffs,

The sale of Henniges to them is a chance to clear out a huge swath of swamp players while revealing the power struggle between US and China.
