For anon looking for sub id two breads ago. ex-P# Orion TACCOfag here. Took me a while to find, making the call that your photo is a German-made Israeli DOLPHIN class sub.

Figured the size was diesel-electric, possibly AIP. Bow-mounted dive planes, 4x forward mooring posts (retractable, I assume), and sail shape all seem to match. Masts can be tricky, as these can be raised or lowered individually (e.g., snorkel, ESM, periscope, etc.)

Would have to do moar research on Dolphin-1 v. Dolphin-2. Hope this helps.
