I do not think we have heard the last. I see 2 aspects

1) We were beginning to come squarely in the MSM crosshairs

2) They are about to push stage 5 of 5 on the takeover operation.

possibly a combination of the 2.

 

Not that I am good at predicting it but I would be surprised if we do not hear from Q again before COB Friday.
