Mueller’s Thug Prosecutor Brandon Van Grack Goes After General Flynn in New Filing
Mueller’s thug prosecutor Brandon Van Grack made a filing on Wednesday attacking General Flynn, arguing that the IG’s findings of FBI FISA abuse has no bearing on Flynn’s effort to withdraw his guilty plea.
AG Bill Barr and his top counsel Timothy Shea need to get this abuse of Flynn under control ASAP.
General Flynn formally asked to withdraw his guilty plea last month and filed a motion to dismiss the case, accusing federal prosecutors of “egregious government misconduct.”
Federal prosecutors then backed down and offered Flynn probation after asking for up to six months prison time.
Flynn’s lawyers are still working through withdrawing Flynn’s guilty plea because the government asked for an extension to consider Flynn’s motion to withdraw his plea.
Flynn’s lawyer Sidney Powell opposed the extension and argued, “The Department of Justice should agree to the withdrawal of the plea. Accordingly we oppose any further extension of the briefing schedule.”
Because of this, Judge Emmet Sullivan indefinitely postponed Flynn’s sentencing hearing.
On Wednesday, Brandon Van Grack made a new filing in response to Sidney Powell’s motion to dismiss the case for egregious government misconduct.
“The errors and misconduct described in the OIG Report, however, do not amount to “egregious government misconduct” necessitating the dismissal of the charge against the defendant for making material false statements to the Federal Bureau of Investigation (“FBI”) on January 24, 2017,” Mr. Van Grack argued.
“The remaining allegations raised by defendant in the instant motion have either previously been rejected by this Court or are unrelated to the charge to which the defendant pleaded guilty,” he added. “Accordingly, the motion should be denied.”
US Attorney General Bill Barr and US Attorney From Connecticut John Durham already suggested the FISA abuse and underlying predicate that led to the targeting of Flynn is suspect, Tom Fitton argued.

President Trump should pardon everyone caught up in Mueller’s abusive witch hunt.
