At the DNC convention Gabbard will chosen to be Vice-President on the 2020 ballot. The Democrat candidate for President will die or be incapacitated soon after the convention. A heart attack, stroke or WUHAN 19 will 187 the candidate for President thus making Gabbard the Democrat candidate for President. Q+ will have one hell of a battle for a 2020 win.
