Air Chesse, as do the other operators listed, looks an awful lot like an aircraft Leasing Corp. Almost all commercial aircraft are a hodgepodge of leases on parts, engines, avionics, that the airlines rent from these leaseholders to operate their "fleets". The leases are in turn packaged and resold as securities to interest rate hungry institutional buyers. That's most likely what you're looking at, not some secret International airline fleet. Could their be a lot of cloudy legal paperwork behind the leases? Abso-freakin'-loutely. That's where The Panama, Paradise, Dubai, and Formations House Papers come in, Hiding all the cash flows. The aircraft engine lease scam almost took out GE Capital with the added deliciousness of excess leverage to boost yield. Oops.
