Use a regex comment filter.

They put all kinds of punctuation in their text that stymies the filter, so you have to copy a unique section of text without any punctuation marks and paste that into the filter input box.

Don't filter by ID right away. Just copy text only (no punctuation marks) segments of posts and make a comment filter with regex. After a few breads you'll have most of the repetitious ones filtered.

The graphic only posts you'll have to filter by ID after the text posts have been filtered.
