Wording jumps out at me. CBS hasn't cancelled the miniseries that I know…why is he saying "I think" and "I hope," like it's somehow tentative? He's scurred they'll cancel if he's indicted? Or he's saying he hopes he won't be indicted before it comes out? Make it so he's not indicted before it comes out?
