Going from my own experience in a jury pool, how the fuck does this juror get past Stone's lawyer, let alone the judge? I remember lawyers having antennas 10 feet long wrt to juror selection. I had legit grounds for recusal and had to inform the lawyers and judges of that. The judge wrote me t tell me I didn't have to come back because I'd never be picked. I'm not trying to extrapolate this out to a general consensus, but, JFC, if lawyers and judges in a court out in the sticks can case out jurors that…
"Funny' that the juror is outed right at peak interest in the Stone case. Anyway, spotlight on Berman and Stone's lawyer now. I think they just got rolled. How does this not go to mistrial, especially if the juror mouthed off to the other jurors? Betting that's dropping next.
