A user going to one board does not expose them to anything on any other board, or even anything on any other thread on that board. Users can choose to seed or not, and choose exactly what to seed.

Disinformation was put out - like your mockingbird source there - DISINFORMATION INJECTION SUCCESSFUL so anons did not go to a place that was impossible to deplatform, which, everyone remembers was the fucking problem we were dealing with at the time.
The entire point of the disinformation fearmongering was to ensure that anons did not regroup there, on a site that could not be deplatformed.

No. That was not the point, which is painfully simple. It was a successful campaign to keep anons scattered while we were waiting for Jim to bring 8chan back. Scattered, lost, unsure anons = less effective, cohesive opponents to the cabal. 4/pol/ is a 24/7 shitshow, twitter is a mess and we had work to do.
If you filter those whose arguments you cannot understand and counter, you are only shortchanging yourself.
This board exists also to be an avenue to strengthen our own skills - if we cannot converse amongst ourselves successfully, with all the misunderstandings and difficulties that go along with communicating via text, and put our minds together to learn from each other and what is presented, that is not a success. Except SR wasn't hired to kill anyone, though you could infer that his download and leak of DNC server info was in a way a 'hit' on the DNC. In that scenario, did someone 'hire' SR to do that? It has been widely speculated that he gave the info to Wikileaks, and forgive me but I can't remember the source right now, but SR downloaded one tranche, delivered it to WL, who then looked at it and asked him for more, but using specific keywords/phrases, so he did it. That is when he got killed.
Honestly, I do think he did the first tranche on his own, out of outrage at how Bernie was being screwed. And I am really sorry I can't cite this, but that once Wikileaks saw what he had given them, they realized that there was evidence of far, far worse than just rigging the primary for HRC, like the selling secrets, arranging assassinations, bribes, etc. so what keywords/phrases they gave him to look up is how the downloading was found. It triggered someone's Spidey sense and they tracked it to Seth.
