The McClatchy Company, a news media company that is being sued for defamation by House Intelligence Committee Ranking Member Devin Nunes (R-CA), moved to dismiss the lawsuit in court on Wednesday, but the judge in the case rejected the request — an interim win for Nunes.

Good for Devin. These media companies have abused the first amendment. The founders NEVER intended it to allow media to print any lies they wanted. This needs to be addressed by the SC, but it's a difficult problem as censorship is a very real outcome if litigated wrong (social media not withstanding)

I have to add that if this is to be done, NOW is the time while the left is attacking the 2nd amendment. Their counter-stances on the 1st two amendments would amplify their hypocrisy.
