Retired Supreme Court Justice John Paul Stevens demands the Second Amendment is REPEALED in wake of gun massacres

Told students marching in support of stricter gun laws that only a repeal of the Second Amendment would effect the change they wanted

Stevens, 97, pinpointed loose gun regulations on powerful lobbying by the National Rifle Association, calling the gun group a 'propaganda machine.'
