The approach may be the problem.

Approaching anyone with rage causes an immediate shutdown, there is no transfer of information as they will block you out, and on twitter either block or report you or both. Thus no progress.

I'm not defending anyone or implying mistruths and untruths should be accepted, but psychology and strategy work better than rage.
