Wouldn't this mean that anyone who Trump came in contact with could be FISA'd as well? FISA goes both ways.
So, could it be that Comey didn't actually trick POTUS to grant surveillance on POTUS himself, rather that POTUS decided to keep the FISA surveillance going to spy on the people spying on him? That would put Comey, on my list, as 50-50 white/black hat.
