All this is very, very, VERY difficult, yet I am here to tell you that it is possible for things to be imperceptibly improving, leading to actually "beating the system" on the other side of the pain & enforced discipline. Some people look down on someone who is going through the process; neither do they especially like it when they see you winning. Because for many of them, the appearance of winning financially was accomplished via debt, and the temporary youthful appearance they may have purchased without paying in sweat & determination, have now fallen apart. People do not like seeing that guy they put down as a failure, actually being the winner when it is said and done. Down the road—that is when it is all worth it.
