Back when the breads regularly were lasting as little as 20 minutes, I settled on (PB) because by the time I could post a comment with ANY thought behind it other than "oh, shit, hurry up!", frequently I was two or even three breads behind. I deleted a lot of posts simple because they were stale.

If you don't want to mash the keys yourself, there are graphics programs that will type out the glyphs for you and, from a small distance, do a damned fine job of it. But better that you learn the ASCII table(s) for yourself. Consider that Q may be using them in his file names.

I used to live on GoBOR on Compuserve. <grinSolved for elapsed time at any two points in the Unix epoch in a single cell. I understand that that is now a canned function. It used to be a ball-buster with no good answers. I got it done in 254 chars. using Quattro (before it turned Pro). Probably still have the solution laying around on a diskette somewhere but got ripped off by the guys I had "helping" me pack in Detroit, so there's no certainty.
