Federal prosecutors are recommending a sentence of almost five years in prison for former Baltimore Mayor Catherine pugh. Federal prosecutors said an investigation into pugh began in February 2017 based on accusations she used her children's books as a ruse to raise money for her mayoral campaign and a new house.
